It’s been a stellar 2 years for Cabot Creamery Cooperative at the World Championship, United States Championship, and American Cheese Society competitions with many First Place finishes for cheese, butter & cultured products! Come to either of our stores to sample some of our award winners. On most days, we also will be hosting another Vermont cheesemaker and/or a specialty food/drink producer for sampling (e.g., Bridport Creamery, Billings Farm, and Barn First Creamery). Join us for an immersive experience with Grafton Village Cheese. We will start by learning and observing how 4 simple ingredients transform into award-winning cheese at our creamery. Setting out from there we will enjoy a leisurely walk to explore the history and terroir of our iconic brand using the extensive and beautifully maintained trails at the foot of Bear Hill. The experience culminates pond-side with a cheese tasting and picnic lunch.
