| $185Celebrate and feast on Vermont’s tastiest cheeses at our annual Vermont Cheese Dinner! Our multi-course feast will feature 8+ different Vermont creameries hailing from every corner of our Brave Little State—from enduring icons to hidden gems.
This adventurous evening is hosted on the picturesque historic landscape of Shelburne Farms. Upon arrival, guests can explore (and say hi to the grazing sheep or dairy cows) while sipping on a welcome drink and enjoying their first course straight from our pop-up kitchen. Catch our culinary team in action cooking the dinner over a live fire and learn about the creameries featured this evening.
We will set our tables inside one of Shelburne Farms’ historic buildings for a truly memorable dining experience. Executive Chef Eric Hodet will be flexing his creativity for a multi-course feast that weaves local seasonal produce and proteins around the world-class cheese made right here in Vermont.
