Cheese Tasting at the Tillerman

In the spirit of Vermont Cheese Week, we will be hosting a special cheese tasting with Will featuring 3 different Vermont-made beverages paired with five Vermont cheeses. We will gather around the long farm table in the Parlor to explore the nuances of simple yet memorable food and drink accompaniments. You will come away with a better understanding of the subtle art behind building a beautifully balanced cheese board for your next gathering. Each attendee will also receive 10% off their meal at the restaurant if they wish to eat afterwards, please make a separate reservation.
