A Taste of Place: Exploring the Terroir of Grafton Village Cheese
Join us for an immersive experience with Grafton Village Cheese. We will start by learning and observing how 4 simple ingredients transform into award-winning cheese at our creamery. Setting out from there we will enjoy a leisurely walk to explore the history and terroir of our iconic brand using the extensive and beautifully maintained trails at the foot of Bear Hill. The experience culminates pond-side with a cheese tasting and picnic lunch.

In the spirit of Vermont Cheese Week, we will be hosting a special cheese tasting with Will featuring 3 different Vermont-made beverages paired with five Vermont cheeses. We will gather around the long farm table in the Parlor to explore the nuances of simple yet memorable food and drink accompaniments.
