Plymouth Cheese Shop Grand Opening at Historic Bridgewater Mill

Makers of America’s Oldest Cheddar are opening a new cheese shop in the Historic Woolen Mill in the heart of the Green Mountains! Sample Plymouth’s Raw Milk Cheddar, Ballyhoo Brie, and more in a converted 1850s textile mill along the scenic Ottauquechee River.

Owners Jesse & Sarit Werner will be onsite to share the history of their award-winning cheeses joined by guest cheesemonger and author Rory Stamp autographing copies of his book “Cheese, Illustrated”. After you get your fill of cheese, enjoy live music and take a moment to visit the eateries and artist’s workshops that share the historic building.
