We will start by learning and observing how 4 simple ingredients transform into award-winning cheese at our creamery. Setting out from there we will enjoy a leisurely walk to explore the history and terroir of our iconic brand using the extensive and beautifully maintained trails at the foot of Bear Hill. The experience culminates pond-side with a cheese tasting and picnic lunch.
