Peter Dixon and Westminster Artisan Cheesemaking present Introduction to Cheesemaking This 6 day intensive workshop includes hands-on cheesemaking as well as information and discussion about cheese aging, facilities, equipment, regulations, sanitation and food safety, business planning, and creamery design.
