Sample Cabot 2025-2026 1st Place Winners
It’s been a stellar 2 years for Cabot Creamery Cooperative at the World Championship, United States Championship, and American Cheese Society competitions with many First Place finishes for cheese, butter & cultured products! Come to either of our stores to sample some of our award winners. On most days, we also will be hosting another Vermont cheesemaker and/or a specialty food/drink producer for sampling (e.g., Bridport Creamery, Billings Farm, and Barn First Creamery). Where does the story of our delicious farmstead cheddar cheese begin? Join us on a behind-the-scenes tour to uncover the sun to cheese story at Shelburne Farms! Includes cheesemaking viewing, guided tasting, meeting the herd, and more! (2:00-4:00pm daily)
