We will gather around the long farm table in the Parlor to explore the nuances of simple yet memorable food and drink accompaniments.
A Taste of Place: Exploring the Terroir of Grafton Village Cheese
Grafton Village Cheese Company 533 Townshend Rd., GraftonJoin us for an immersive experience with Grafton Village Cheese. We will start by learning and observing how 4 simple ingredients transform into award-winning cheese at our creamery. Setting out from there we will enjoy a leisurely walk to explore the history and terroir of our iconic brand using the extensive and beautifully maintained trails at the foot of Bear Hill. The experience culminates pond-side with a cheese tasting and picnic lunch.
