Where does the story of our delicious farmstead cheddar cheese begin? Join us on a behind-the-scenes tour to uncover the sun to cheese story at Shelburne Farms! Includes cheesemaking viewing, guided tasting, meeting the herd, and more! (2:00-4:00pm daily)
Cheese Tasting at the Tillerman
In the spirit of Vermont Cheese Week, we will be hosting a special cheese tasting with Will featuring 3 different Vermont-made beverages paired with five Vermont cheeses. We will gather around the long farm table in the Parlor to explore the nuances of simple yet memorable food and drink accompaniments.
