Event Series Event Series: Cheese Week 2024

Join us at Hen of the Wood for an intimate 5-course dinner, featuring the cheeses of some of our area’s smallest farmstead creameries. Led by Molly Pindell of Sage Farm Goat Dairy, our panel of farmer-cheesemakers will entertain you between courses with real life stories of what it’s like to run a small farm and cheesemaking operation.

Due to the size of the private dining room, this is an intimate dinner with a maximum capacity of 14. Tickets will be on sale July 2024 through Hen of the Wood – Waterbury.
