Taste through our collection of real, organic cheese paired with organic ciders. The class will be a seated, one hour long journey hosted by our own Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator Olivia, and a pal from Shacksbury Cider. You will learn: How to taste, how farming practices make delicious farmhouse cheese and ciders, and deep dive into production methods. Where: von Trapp Farmstead - right on the farm!
