Each is hand-crafted in small batches at the renowned Grafton Village Cheese Company in Grafton, Vermont. Drawing upon a 150-year tradition of dairy excellence, including our superior herd quality and high standards of care for our cows, Billings cheddar is made from 100% raw milk exclusively from the Billings herd of over 40 purebred, registered Jersey cows. Don't miss the Farmhouse Scoop Shop, offering Wilcox ice cream by the scoop, floats, specialty sundaes, and other treats. Billings Farm cheese is available for purchase. It’s been a stellar 2025 for Cabot Creamery Cooperative at the United Stated Championship Cheese Contest and the American Cheese Society Competition with 14 First Place finishes for cheese, butter & cultured products!
