RedCan welcomes us back to the 1920s with timeless spirits and stately plates as they help us celebrate Vermont Cheese Week with week-long dining specials highlighting local makers!
While walk-ins are accepted, Cheese Week dining can get enthusiastic — reservations are recommended!
Make a Day of It:
We have a concentration of cheesemakers in the White River Junction area, including:
Billings Farm and Museum (great for families, history buffs, or just those with an interest in agriculture!)
Cobb Hill Cheese (self serve farmstand open to the public!)
Fat Sheep Farm (self-serve farmstand open to the public, farm stays available)
Spring Brook Farm Cheese (call or email ahead to schedule a farm tour!)
Vermont Farmstead Cheese Co (contact in advance to meet the cows or view cheesemaking; sorry, no cheese available on-site)
