The week provides unique “cheesy” learning, tasting, pairing, and local experiences: A cheese feast at Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, opportunities to watch cheesemaking, picnics and cookouts on cheeesemakers’ farms, pairing events including one at King Arthur Flour, cheese camps, specialty dinners across the state, and more.
