

Kids Cooking Class: Paneer Butter Masala

As part of Vermont Cheese Week, in this cooking class, kids will turn milk into cheese! We will be making Paneer using local milk, and then creating a delicious tomato and cashew sauce to serve it in. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advanced notice. All chefs must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Early registration is recommended to reserve your spot.
