Artisan Cheesemakers Winter Conference

Tickets are on-sale now for our 2025 Artisan Cheesemakers Winter Conference. The ACSW is entirely virtual, and this year will be two half-day deep-dive sessions on the topics of Sensory Analysis (applicable to all food industry professionals!) and Affinage (the process of aging cheese). You do not have to be a cheesemaker to attend, and single-day tickets are available, as well as discounts for Cheese Council and Cheese Guild Members!
Business Miniversity: 2025 Cohort
Dates: Wednesdays from 12:00-1:30pm, March 5 – April 30, 2025
Registration is now open to be part of our Business Miniversity 2025 Cohort! Join us for nine 90-minute sessions across nine weeks, hitting on leadership, management, finances and margins, marketing and communications, strategy and planning, and more! Walk away with actionable information about managing a team or running a business. Group size is small and personal; you’ll be able to have conversation and Q&A with presenters (and other attendees!) in every session. Plus: sessions are fully virtual and recorded!
