Built in 1881, and perched on a ridge above the Connecticut River in the quaint, historic village of Bellows Falls, the Harvest Barn Inn has served as a refuge to travelers for 40 years. Our cozy, family-owned bed and breakfast offers 6 rooms designed for tranquility and comfort, with beautiful river views and serene grounds to wander. The inn retains its personality and many 19th century details like pumpkin pine floors, while also offering guests the pleasures of modern amenities and newly renovated bathrooms. We take pride in our small operating footprint as we strive to be a regenerative member of our local community. We’re solar-powered, our heating and cooling system is all electric, and we endeavor to serve food grown and raised right outside our front door—including from our own garden! Enjoy our seasonally-inspired breakfasts that reflect the beauty of Vermont’s bounty, imbued with the many influences of our heritages and places we’ve lived.
