Lawson’s Finest Liquids: Build-a-Cheeseboard and Beer Pairing Workshop

Join Lawson’s Finest Liquids in their taproom for a von Trapp Farmstead Build-a-Cheeseboard and Beer Pairing Workshop! Guests will be provided with three cheeses from von Trapp Farmstead (Mt. Alice, Mad River Blue, and Savage) as the focal point of their cheeseboard. Guests will have access to a litany of other locally produced and homemade items to fill out their cheeseboard—including, but not limited to, charcuterie from Babette’s Table and 5th Quarter Butchery, honeycomb from Ariel’s Honey, and pickled and marinated veggies and goodies from the Lawson’s Finest kitchen. Lawson’s Finest’s Kitchen Lead and Education Lead will work with you to build your board and pair it with their award-winning beers based on your palate. Show up any time between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to build your board, and then enjoy it in the Lawson’s Finest beer garden. Each ticket includes the cost of the cheeseboard and two drink tickets; 10% of your ticket price benefits the Vermont Cheese Council.
