Say Cheese! Hotel Vermont is hosting a pizza pop at Juniper in celebration of Vermont Cheese Week on
Thursday, September 11. Enjoy a special menu of wood-fired pies featuring our favorite local cheeses, a
Barr Hill bar with whey cocktails, and other inspired sips and bites. 10% of all food and beverage specials
will go to the Vermont Cheese Council to support local cheesemakers across the state. All are welcome!

Menu:
Charcoal grilled Pomykala peaches, Stony Pond Farm Swallow Tail Tomme, lemon olive oil, maple vinegar, focaccia 
 
Panuozzo sandwich, 5th Quarter mortadella, Champlain Valley Triple Cream, arugula, caramelized onions, mustard creme fraiche  
 
Traditional round or pan baked square pizzas made with a blend of Bridport cheeses and mozzarella
Cheese and Herb, red sauce 
Green Mountain Smokehouse Pepperoni, red sauce
