Dedicated to the production and advancement of Vermont cheese
Artisan Cheesemakers Winter Conference
Dates: Feb 25-26, 2025
Save the dates for our 5th annual Artisan Cheesemakers Winter Conference! The 2025 Conference is entirely virtual and will focus on the topics of Sensory Analysis (applicable to all food industry professionals!) and Affinage (the process of aging cheese). You do not have to be a cheesemaker to attend, and single-day tickets will be available. Early-bird tickets will also be available for a reduced registration rate if purchased before January 10. Updates will also be posted on VCC’s social media, so be sure to follow @VermontCheeseCouncil on Facebook or @vtcheese on Instagram.
