Our multi-course dinner will feature 10 different creameries from top to bottom of our brave little state\, from enduring icons like Jasper Hill and Cabot to hidden gems like Barn First and Parish Hill. \nThe Swiss dairy cows will be waiting for you as you park at the Farm Barn—and they are just the first treat! \nEnjoy a self-guided tour of the Farm Barn\, sipping on a welcome drink and first course straight from our pop-up kitchen before settling into our long tables for a family-style feast. \nWe’re pulling out all the stops to create our most epic cheese dinner yet — five courses of creativity highlighting the top produce\, veggies + VT proteins woven around the world-class cheese made in our Brave Little State.
